Theft Replacement
1986. 88k. New clutch and full rebuild(cracked block) 5 years and only 11k miles ago. Bone stock including the radio. Not one single mod. I like my cars like I like my Bourbon, straight up.
Fresh brakes, tires and power steering. Perfect compression. No dash cracks at all. Carpet and seats mint. Paint and 8 out of 10. Pulls strong and rides tight. I should know, I just drove it 1,388 miles home from Laguna Beach.
Oh, yeah. I only paid 6,500 for it. Owner advertised only in Hemmings. Not the best place to move a 951 or to get an idea of the prices. He owned the car for 12 years. I'm only the third owner.
Pics were taken along the drive home.
It was two months and two days since my car was stolen. Feels like it was three times that long.

Very nice find and beautiful car too! It's nice to see that you had the patience and wanted to get another 951. Glad to see you're back! I felt the pain you went thru and jumped on the saddle again myself. So, are you planning on doing any mods to it at all?

Don't plan on doing a single mod.
And read the post to see where I got it and how far I drove.
One thing, this is my first red Porsche and it attracts a whole lot more attention than any of the five others I've owned.
