door handle locking problems - Where to buy replacement part?

Default door handle locking problems - Where to buy replacement part?
The piece that broke on my handle is #9 in the PET diagram attached, which has hindered my ability to use the key lock and unlock the door. Where can I buy one? Thanks! I've looked at pelican but they do not sell it...

I believe I got one of those very things at either Paragon Products or Sunset Motors.
