Default look at a car in Petaluma

Anyone able to swing by and check out a 86 in Petaluma to see if I should spend the money to get a PPI?

Thanks in advance.

I know there are several people here in the north bay/napa area, so bumping to see if any of them would be able to.

I wish I could help. I'm closing on a house this week and moving by Monday. There are no less than 10 turbos for sale on craigs in the bay area so you have some decent selection for sure.

HD:

Bought it 2 1/2 years ago. Money has been the primary obsticle, but the engine is out, just removed all the door/window trim yesterday and it goes to paint next week.

It's hard enough keeping one 951 happy, much less 2 or 3. I dont have an enclosed garage - that is about change by next week as well.

You are a devoted 951 nut...........I love it! Can't wait to see that beauty finished.
Are you staying in the North Bay?

It is the white one with 58k on the clock.

I am getting a PPI done on an 86 I found in Hemmings(odd place to list a 951 on wednesday at Vision Motorsports in Laguna. If that does not work out, hopefully one of you guys can take a look at the white one for me.

There is not a single good one for sale less than 1k miles from Denver. Sux.

Blame it on the snow. But if you do end up getting one in the area, let us know and we can have a gtg or something while you drive through.

I actually showed up to that PCA club thing at infineon on sunday. There wasn't that many cars but I'm guessing saturday was better. There was also a 99-00 911 that must have hit the wall, how sad.

I'm the guy with the car in Petaluma for sale. I'm thinking the first person who drives it buys it. Hey nkgosselin, to answer your initial post, yes the car is worth paying for a PPI! I know a great Porsche mechanic!

Unless something weird happens, I've bought another car. A little more in my price range. Will share details when I pick it up.

Default car info

Hi Lart,
I have owned the car since 2001. Current mileage 58,7xx. I purchased it from the original owner's sister with 34,000 miles in S.F. It has all records since new. Belts changed at 55,000. All stock except Lindsey boost enhancer (still the best 100 bucks spent on a car) and the front seats reupholstered in black vinyl. Originally done in gray black fabric which I tried sourcing without luck. VIN is WPOAAO95OGN156973. Options listed on the sticker are Fuchs, rear wiper, cruise, elec. sunroof. Always garaged. I'm asking $9,500. PM me if you would like more photos or info.
