Okay, newbie question then...
If the LBE doesn't send the signal to the WG until 10psi, won't that cause spikes in the boost. I think my car only boosts to .6 bar stock so wouldn't this LBE also raise my boost setting on stock chips?

Where I live atmosphere is .943 Bar. Add .6 to that and it is pretty close to 10 psi.

yes it will cause boost spikes if everything else is stock, and the stock boost level for 944 Turbos is 1.75 bar absolute plus/minus 10 percent. The Turbo S is programmed to hold this boost pressure until 5800, then drop off. The non-S Turbo's are supposed to reach 1.75 bar absolute by 3,000 and drop off to 1.52 bar plus/minus .03 bar at 5800.
