John. Just curious to know about the VR Stage 5. Is there still going to be one? If so, are their going to be major changes to this one or no? Thanks, just wanted to ask that's all, even though I am good to go with my brand new shiny one.

I have the Vitesse stage 2 step up in my car. I had a k27/6 and also lindsey racing super 61 with 8 hot side. The vitesse set up is assume. I have a rebuilt motor and the spool up time is assume. I do alot of around town driving and the vitesse spools very quick and holds boost till redline no problem. I am going to get it dynoed in the spring when the weather gets alittle better here in NY. I am running pretty rich down low ( you can smell fuel out of exhaust). Hopefully after fine tuning the SMT i will get a few more ponies. I have one question for the super tuners out there. Is there anything that can be done to make throttle responce better. That is the only thing I hate about the car. Compared to my 930 or say a 350z the throttle responce is so lathargic. Its like you hit the gas and you can count to 10 before engine responds. If there is something out there to make it more responsive please let me know what i need.

You have the VR Stage 2 Turbo and his MAF kit too? If so, I find it hard to believe that your car is running that rich down low. With his MAF and chips, out of the box, I've seen the chipset be about in the 95-98% on the money with the A/F. And this is "prior" to any tuning with the PB too. So these things need to be addressed first and foremost, for his stuff will make your car "come alive". If this is done, you will see a "big" difference, trust me. Now if you are looking at another mod to help there is one I can personally vouch for. You may want to look at his Wasted Spark System. I had it on my old car and it was amazing, especially the before and after feel with it on. After I had it installed, the car's throttle response and ability to rev to felt razor sharp, like it was a normally aspirated engine! It was amazing. I would reach out to John first and address these issues you are having. Good luck.

John: Sorry to go a bit OT on your thread, just wanted to help him out. Anyway, back to the VR Turbo program...

Hi Rob, Thank for the feedback! I tried calling you the other day, but you were out.

John B, soemthing is not setup correctly. Do you want me to call you tomorrow, or you can call me. If you can email me a data log, I'll be glad to analyze it.

Ehall, can you imagine how the parents...

Sorry for the OT.

As far as the price of your kit, you will be amazed at what customers are getting for the early Stage 2. Even used, they recovered most of their purchase (some actually made $).
Bummer. Looks like I'll have to determine which organ I can do without, before the stage 2 is gone. oh well, such is life.

At the moment, cost and availability wise, the picture looks gloomy across the board!

Nicely put Guvnor'! No I guess what I'm wondering is if my S5 is the same as Robs, ST's, Nicks etc? and if there is something even more evil on the horizon?

Guys, this is getting a bit OT. Stage 4 & Stage 5 are built based on customers requirements. The turbos are designed based on your performance and spoolup requirements. Many times they are unique for the application. As an example, Rob wanted a T3 & Vband flanges on the turbine, polished compressor and coated hot housing.
