Cool video to bad you don't get to see the time. Based on the way he launched and the speed of the shifts it could have been faster, I would think low 12s.
I think the most important part is not to bounce the rpms up high but to put your foot in it all the way from idle, when you reach the most effective rpm for launching let the clutch go and keep your foot in it until a milisecond after you depress the clutch and reach for second. He dropped 3000rpms almost when he dropped the clutch. Whenn you drop the clutch at the best rpm it should not drop more than like 500rpm. The best rpm is the point between where your car boggs and the tires break loose.
