I swear to God, if you were closer - I would RUN over there to fix it.
I have done this many times for Rennlisters.
Something is wrong - you paid that mechanic a lot of money, and SOMETHING is wrong!!
At 25 psi, I made 435 at the wheels - WITHOUT EVEN THE INTERCOOLER.
Everything else was stock on mine (except a mild sport cam)

I still have the chart - hold on....

Show me a picture of the engine bay so that I can most efficiently tell you how to test the intakes system.

The problem is with boost control. Using the WG on it's own, no boost controller, will screw up boost and performance.. If the engine continues to run in the same manner, it will destroy itself. The repetitive boost spikes heat the intake and induce knock.

Take a look at the boost curves. I just used a few for an example. Look at the spikes and drops..

Whooooa - what the hell is that?
Juan - what is going on with boost?

If the 377 peak number is forced to coincide with where the boost happens to spike - you will get bogus numbers.
The boost curve must be flat (+/- 1 psi) after it reaches the pre-set level.

I am really surprised that you made 377.

Juan - please start with the boost.
Just use a black **** and a Tial.
Plumb it correctly.
Don't use any Star-Wars AVCTHKSEVIIIII boost controllers until after.
Looks like boost control is the problem here.

ST, the boost is like that because the Greddy Boost Controller has the gain on max.
The otherone is because I discontect the WG.
I really try to blow the engine that day....

That why the wave.
then the boost don't wan to go more than 19.%& psi. so I disconect the wg
And thats how I did dose #.
the car is almost stock
Vitesse: wasted spark, stage 3, 72 inj,WG
SFR: big intercooler & hard pipe, stage 1 header, greddy BOV RS
LR: 4" down pipe all the way,big pump and FR. head spring, raceware up and down,
machine shop: balance engine, intake polish and mach

John post the charts. I going to maket better LOL

Why did you turn the gain all the way up? That is definitely causing boost spikes and shouldn't be anywhere near 100%.

Juan, the manual boost controller is very easy to use. A line from banjo bolt (IC pipe) to a "Y" one side of the "Y" goes to top of the WG. The second side of the "Y" goes to the "IN" side of the Manual Boost Controller. The "OUT" of the MBC goes to the side of the WG.
NOTE: For those using a Tial (not you Juan), you need to swap the WG ports in the above instructions.

The MBC is a simple bleeder valve, or air regulator. Get it at Home Depot, it's used on air compressors. Spend $20 at Home Depot or send me $50 and I'll package it nicely for you

Hey I haven't read this whole thread, but does anyone have any experiance with the 340 rwhp kit from lindsey. It looks like it comes with everything you need, WG, inkjectors, maf and controller, turbo, exhaust, boost control and a few other little things for only 3750. No affiliation and no experiance with it, but i noticed it last week.
