Default Need an odd part...rotor button mount/cam bolt cover

Can anyone help. I need this part because if you couldn't tell, mine got chewed up in trying to remove it.

A little heat is sometimes is needed, most of the time they have loctite on them.

Heat did not work and I'm not talking about the bolt. I'm talking about the cover and no loctite is used as it's not threaded on.

On mine the loctite was put on the bolt and the shaft.

That adaptor comes with the rotor from the dealer, but is not usually part of an aftermarket rotor. The reason given is that the factory part is balanced as an assembly!

Not sure I follow. So are you saying that it's a bad idea to buy this with out getting the rotor button too from the factory?

I just buy the factory part and they do not sell them separately, but the aftermarket does. I am not sure it really makes a difference in the vibration of the engine. Your choice.

Have you checked the factory prices on these recently? I think I'll take my chances with a little vibration.
