My street legal track car has 375# springs up front with 30mm t-bars out back, along with Koni yellow single adjustable struts and shocks. To me it's perfect for a track car that still sees a little street use. It is somewhat harsh, but it's tollerable for a 30 minute drive to work occasionally or other such driving.

FWIW - I went this way to save money, but if I had it to do over again, I'd go with rear coilovers and dump the t-bars.
