M Danger

Car seems to smoke on decel, kind of leaning towards Valve guides, but the head was recently P&P'ed by powerhause maybe 5k miles ago give or take.
So worse case its piston rings, hoping its not that.
Trying to figure out what other possibilities there might be.
how else can oil be burned??
you figure P-haus would have most certainly installed new guides and seals right??

the oil is not over filled, infact its 1qt low
