Well I ended up with four seats for a Silver Rose. Here's the condition of each.

#1 both seat bottom and backrest is fine, fore/aft movement of power seat does not work.
#2 seat bottom is fine, backrest has worn bolster, power seat works fine
#3 SOLD
#4 seat bottom is stained & worn, backrest bolster is worn, status of power seat unknown

Between seats #1, 2 & 3 you could make a good pair of fully functional seats.

I'm going with Sparcos for the track and am not turning back.

Shipping is expensive. It cost me $100 to ship two seats from TN to NH so plan accordingly.

I, too, have a seat that's in pretty good condition, like your #1 (and material from the rear seat backs).

If anyone is interested, let me know -- you could get a set of two good ones!
