Thanks for the info guys, and Ballistic, thanks for the video.
My window is slightly slower than the video...I'm going to take apart the door panels, clean all the contacts, re lube everything and see what happens. Thanks again!

Glad i'm ditching my windows...I got spoiled by the bimmer...the things will take your head off.

Any chance of using a bmw motor (from some of the new series) to get a much quicker raise/lower rate? After all its just simple mechanics right?

The speed of the windows in the video is about right. Even with a brand new window mechanism and motor, they are still slow.

Mine have always been very similar to Balistic's video. I can get them to be faster/smoother for a little while if I spray the tracks with silicon, but that's about what they do.
