Default Timing...????

So I've diagnosed my problem and am replacing the head gasket. However in the process of pulling the head the timing belt has to come off as everyone knows. Does anyone have a detailed write-up, link, or any advice on how to get the timing right? Thanks...

I believe Clarks Garage does. Otherwise, use the factory manuals.

To time the cam sprocket, if you have the cover on look through the little hole and theres a pointer on the cover that lines up with a groove on the sprocket. Then for the crank theres a cut out down by the starter on the bell housing and a mark on the flywheel you center in the cut out.
