Default Looking for 9" wide Turbo S club sport wheels

Hi there, I'm looking for two 9Jx16 ET60 club sport wheels to complete a set for track use. These are the rear wheels from a Turbo S. I guess they're hard to come by, but if anyone has any for sale, or can point me in the direction of someone who has them, I'd appreciated hearing about it.

Because these are for the track, cosmetic condition isn't important -- neither are center caps, but they do have to be straight and true.

Thanks for any leads!

I have a few things I could trade for them -- intercooler, control arms, misc interior parts, window glass and regulators (perhaps I could even be pursuaded to part with an excellent condition 'studio' plaid passender seat!)

Default Popular seat

So, everyone wants the seat, but no one has wheels?

Reno, the control arms are from my '88 turbo S. They're in good used condition, I took them off and put on fab car arms for racing. I can send you a picture, if you like.

Damiza, as for the price of the seat, I'm not really sure what's fair. That plaid cloth is very delicate, so most the the seats out there are shot. This seat is in good condition because the previous owner rarely had a passenger, and I rarely had passengers.

Darwin, if you're really interested in it, send me an email.

Here's a picture of what my car was, and what it is now... Some might call me crazy for taking out a perfectly good interior! But I had my enjoyment out of the car as a daily driver for almost 50k miles, and now enjoy it just as much racing. (I'm the second owner.)

Wow, that was a mouthful! Thanks for first dibs. I really like the Turbo S "Silver Rose" color. I just had it repainted and you can see it in a past thread I posted a few days ago. Again thanks for first dibs, and I hope you get that car! I'm partial to origional Turbo "S" cars and it seems like you'd definately give it a good home!

Aww... I somewhat hate to see a Silver Rose car turned into a track car, just for the rarity, but your car looks damn nice! I like that cage! BTW, I know it's shot, but I'd also perhaps like to buy the drivers seat as well. I know of another bad seat that has some good matterial I can use to recover it. Any other Silver Rose interior items that you have for sale?

I have the rear seat backs also, but they're a little sunfaded. I would sell the torn up seat very cheaply (it's actually a passenger seat from a parts car I had) -- or perhaps even include it with the good one. (The driver's seat from my car is actually the driver's seat in my tow vehicle -- a Ford van -- that way it's almost like driving the 944 to the track!)

Turning that car into a track car was a little heart breaking for me... I felt bad doing it. But, I take excellent care of it, and tried to do the roll care installation as carefully as possible. It was my daily driver for about 5 years -- as I progressed from intermediate to instructor. Then about 3 years ago I decided to do club racing, and a new car wasn't in the budget unless I sold this one -- and that would have really broken my heart!

I'd post more pictures, but I've exceeded my 1 meg allotment... is there any way to fix that?

Van, been around since 2002 and only posted 110 times. Might add you have a nice looking car and you race and instruct to boot. Glad to run into you. Wife is from Cortland NY, Woodstock is a nice part of the woods.
