where did my check vlave go??
One of my rear fuel lines started leaking so i dropped the pump and im going to buy the line going from the pump to the filter, but i discovered there is no check valve there, just the line comming right off the pump?
whats up with this, just lately by the way sometimes i have to crank it over like 3 or four (not a lot at all) revs before it starts which is new but nothing major. Is this related. I already bought the lines but do i need to buy a check valve now

It is there, as Tim described. Part no 944 608 951 00.
If it goes bad which is question of time, Fuel pressure is gone in seconds after engine off.
Crank the engine takes few more seconds due to time needed to got the pressure back.
Replace it when you are so far. The spring of mine was broken.
