Default german reliability

i'm sure some of you with older models have higher odo readings, but i thought i'd share a recent milestone, still all factory original parts;

Wow, now that is a milestone!! As my buddy ehall would call me (Timex instead of Rolex). He would probably say; "It takes a licking but keeps on ticking!" Good luck with keeping that baby going.

My mechanic JET951 / Sean recently took a 928 engine apart that they estimate has done almost 500,000kms which has been running on Castrol 25/50 all it's life and there was no sign of wear in many parts of the engine! Amazing results and such a good example of the famed Porsche reliability if looked after correctly.
