Default cylinder scores revisited

I pulled my engine apart at 130.000 miles. There is some scoring on the cylinder walls, but barely enough to catch a nail. The car was blowing some smoke under acceleration, compressiion was 130-135 across the board. bearing surfaces are clear. Would most of you just re-ring or go thru the sunnen hone oversize piston route or resleeve? Does running under boost cause more blow by than in a NA? Ive learned a lot just by following the threads for the last few months. Thanks guys.

Measure the cylinder taper - that will tell you what to do.
