Kool! Shopping? Hell no malls are packed. Going to car dealership and look at some eye candy, maybe Ill take some pics at the Porsche dealership. They have a GT and a GT3 race car there too.

Thanks...looking into the titanium rods now though....depends on lead time but I'm thinking its a good idea!

OK, here is a basic rule of thumb – to really use the Titanium rods you need a dry sump. Running a wet sump motor up to the rpm range that Ti rods start to be a factor is just asking for some twisted up parts!

Also to make use of that RPM range it quickly becomes a 16v project….

That said, Guns only needs a high end set of F1 type of Rods. My recommendation? Get the Arrow Steel, period! Unless he is going to change the project again?
