Default Oil in vaccum lines on 951

I was wondering what sort of indicator it is when there is some oil in the vaccum lines on a turbo? I was testing out a different KLR box this weekend and noticed some oil in the line coming into the KLR.

Searched on this and couldn't find anything.

99% of the time it's just an indicator that you have a 20 year old KKK turbo. Even freshly rebuilt ones (with a few thousand on them) blow a little oil. The other 1% of the time it indicates a serious ring issue and you're getting a ton of blow-by. Pull the intercooler pipes and it'll be puddled up in there as well.
