Default How to make a boost controller

I will be getting an electronic bc soon, but i have the intake off doing misc work and want to go ahead and remove the cycling valve, so i will need a quick CHEAP substitute. How can i make one using home depot stuff?

Cambell Hausfield pressure regulator.

Using some pipe fittings, a spring, and a ball bearing.

The regulator is probably the ""better"" way to use that term loosely

Ball and spring is the better setup.... Most aftermarket MBC are this style. They don't let any signal get to the wastegate prematurely.

how well will this actually work... it isnt going to be dangerous to up my boost 2psi or so with this is it? my 951 is stock right now. How much can i raise my boost level on a completely stock motor without worries? I am new to the car, and im still trying to figure it all out.

since no one has said anything i geuss i will.
more boost needs more gas and or retarded timing. not sure how they do it with the 951 but you cant just turn the boost up without a chip or increased fuel pressure or something. so yes...its dangerous.
