Just wanted to know the p/n to this part and where I could get it...its cracked and needs to be replaced. thanks

Just cut through the crimped sleeve, replace the hose, and use a hose clamp.

If you cut the metal crimp on the end attaching to the banjo bolt of, you are left with the metal insert that you can use any vacuum/etc hose on with a clamp on both ends.

Yes, cut off the crimp as they suggest, but use a high pressure hose in it's place. This is the signal to the wastegate/CV, you don't want to use anything cheap here.

A new piece of fuel injection hose will work nicely.
