WGI Sept 30th - Oct 1st?

I'm supposed to be there with GVC the 30th and 31st of this month and was considering the next event... but my car is down again. Trying to get my e30 prepped in time.

Not sure if I'll be in the Talon or the M3, maybe I'll take the 951 and pack it into a wall and just be done with it. Either way, I've got to get another event in this year.

Can I follow you with in-car video? That would be cool.
I was thinking of possibly going to the GVC BMW. I'm thinking I have one more event left in me toward the end of September. It's either that or the NNJR PCA event. NNJR is about $100 cheaper. Not sure yet.....
Guess it depends on how much tire I have left by then, I should know by Sunday. Spending 3 days at WGI starting tomorrow, and I don't want to have to buy another set of tires this season. 3 sets is my budget limit. If I have tire left after Sunday, I'll sign up for something.

I was looking foward to seeing it run at the Glen...
Oh - I will be at the GVC event, I might even bring a car...

Which GVC BMW DE are you guys talking about going to? The August 30-31, or the September 30-October 1?
They want $375/$400 respectively for those events...yikes! Not worth it IMO, not for a lousy 160 minutes of track time over two days. I think I'll peruse the track schedules for something else.

The GVC BMW events are some of the best run events with quality instruction (and a great happy hour at the track with beer truck and munchies).
Not the cheapest but still very worth it.

I'm talking about the latter of the two. I need to get in one more event for sanity and this one is local, plus I like the people.

I think I'm leaning toward TrackMasters on Labor Day weekend. 5 hours of track time in one day. I understand what you and Chris are saying about GVC BMW being a good group of people, but when I plunk down hard-earned cash I want seat time.
I don't see what makes their event worth $400, when NNJR has a DE earlier in that week for $185. I'm not trying to discredit your choice of events, I just don't understand the cost differential and fail to see the added value. IMO it's overpriced.
