Question Questions about K-26 tolerances - is this acceptable?

So I was provided the specs for the allowable play on the shaft:

.42mm sideplay
.16mm endplay

With my Mitutoyo digital indicator and some granite stands I was able to measure anywhere between .38 and .40mm of sideplay on a turbo with 100% dry bearings. The shaft spins freely and the blades look good, just a little dirt and dust from being stored. This car is not going to be modded and will be a daily driver for my dad. Would you be concerned about these readings?

FSM states that shaft play specs are to be measured on the turbine side.

Radial play is 0.42mm and end play is 0.16mm.

Ahhhhh, well then - measurements should be better - there is less play on that side. Thanks for the info, I will re-measure tomorrow and report back.
