Sorry - didn't mean to mislead anyone that it was my car. I always liked the Broadfoot setup and was thinking of going that way until I found a racecar roller with the widebody rearend already done. I also agree with Mike, that they should have removed and filled the sidemarker lights in the Broadfoot install - would have made it much cleaner for minimal effort.

Here is a pic of my wideboy rearend with skinny little 225's that I am using to roll the chassis around on.

I don't have any good pics from the back hatch, but you can see where they had to fabricate sheet metal fender wells to accomodate the wide quarters.

Corvettes too, which i'm surprised no one has mentioned. No car is going to hold up "well" in an accident. Glass or not, it won't make a huge difference.

Yeah i agree on the sidemarkers, I'm correcting that in a few days along with a few other mods I'm planing. I'll post some pics up as i go with progress...List includes:

Intercooler vent with ducting
Mating of the header panel with the hood to form 1 piece
Louvers over the manifold and back to the windshield to remove heat and reduce lift
Lindsey Racing 70" straight wing
Slim bumper (GT racing unit)
Fitment of the Broadfoot Front Bumper

I figured it was better to add to an old fender flare thread than start a new one. DOes anyone have a measurement on how much width is added per side with these kind of flares?

Curious if you still make these?
