Turbo update part ?
I just recieved an e-mail from Tim at SFR and he said that Turbonetics will rebuild the turbo as it has one of their center sections. But Turbonetics believes the turbo was built by Kokeln as the compressor housing is not theirs. At this point I really don't care as I would like to just get my turbo back so I can drive the car for the rest of the summer.
As stated in the previous post Tim is going to eat half the cost so it is only going to cost me a little less than $200.
I also wanted to say thank you to Tim in public for all your help through this. I know you took a lot of bashing in the last thread and I have to admit that I really do appreciate everything you have done.
