I need to re-secure the rubber gasket/seal to the sunroof in my car. There is no damage to the seal but it leaks a bit on the passenger side, where it is loose.

What is the best sealant to use for this purpose?

I was recently in an Advance auto looking at sealants and adhesives, they have a huge selection. You probably need to use an adhesive.
