Default Solid vs Rubber motor mounts

I searched the back posts for a discussion I saw some months back regarding the benefits of sticking with the rubber motor mounts vs installing the more harsh solid mounts LR offers. I came up empty. Would there be any benefits of installing the solid mounts into a pure street / driver car? From what I recall, those who have done this warn for it causes bolts to loosen and it puts more wear and tear on the engine.

According to Lindsey themselves the solid mounts are for non street cars. the vibrations are just too great. I thought about them just because they look easier to install but the cats at Lindsey talked me out of them form my street car.

Its not toooooooo bad if you are using the balance shafts.
I am, but I use Escort shocks and Momo seats and it doesn't bother me.

Maybe it's car specific, but I just installed the solid LR mounts and the added vibration is hardly noticeable.

In my case I replaced my motor mounts in order to get rid of the vibration from the old colapsed mounts, but that was my goal there.
