I was hit in a parking lot the second day I had my car. I parked in the middle of an empty parking lot and when I came out there were two cars parked on either side of me. The car on my driver's side was a truck that was lifted so high that im almost sure i could have driven the 951 under it.. anyway he was parked facing the same direction as me. I was about to get in my car when he starts pulling out.. He turns to the right DIRECTLY into my car. If iI hadnt run up and started beating on his window (which he could barely hear over his exhaust) im sure he would have gone right over it, monster truck style. Some people..

I'm in a similar boat. I had an uninsured drunk swerve into me a month ago and I plan on taking him to small claims court. I got an estimate for the damage-$3220. Hopefully the court can garnish his wages or something(if he has a job)...Any legal advice out there?
