Default Ignition Diagram needed for running a J&S Safeguard. Edit, need someone with a scope

I need an ignition diagram that shows the ignition module and coil. I currently have a J&S Safeguard that I would like to use, but John (owner of J&S) needs these diagrams to help me get started.

Anyone use a J&S instead of the KLR, or knows how to hook it up correctly?

This is taken from an email from John @ J&S (http://www.jandssafeguard.com/)

By the way, Road and Track magazine did a review of the 944 turbo in '87.
Their praise of the Bosch knock detector inspired me to design the J&S unit.
By comparison, the Bosch unit was crude, considering it retarded three
degrees, then three more if knock persisted.

Does anyone have any diagrams so I can figure out exactly how to wire my J&S in?

Ok, I'm getting somewhere...

Anyone know if the 'spark event' signal from the DME (pin 21) to the KLR (pin 9) is a 'rising edge input trigger', and likewise if the signal sent back to the DME from the KLR (KLR pin 16 to DME pin 32) is a 'rising edge output trigger'?

Also does anyone know the Voltage of this signal?

marksportcts used to run a J&S when he had his callaway 944.

I have not heard from Mark in a while. He hangs around here and pelican. I am sure he would be able to answer your question. It may be worth a shot PM him.

There are a few guys out there running these. Check on Pelican site for NIZE and others. Vic from Pauertuning also runs one. http://www.pauertuning.com/
