Ok so I cleaned up the vac lines and all. Car runs better but still not enough vac. So far...I changed out the ISV, TPS, FPR, vac lines, deleted some things and the car drives better. But when the Idle screw is not nearly fully unscrewed the car will die. I think it is a tuning issue.

Have you tired setting the idle to the proper 840 rpm using an inductive tach and following the factory procedure of getting the engine to operating temp, and disabling the ISV? Your problem sounds like one I had, just had to set the idle and everything was good.

So I found it. It was a vaccum leak on in the Lindsey intake manifold. Between the manifold itself and the intermediate pipe. I'll have to pull it apart and see what kind of gasket goes there. Thanks for the help guys. After I fix the leak I'll be off to the dyno to tune it.
