Three Wheelin'
I just had a very positive experience with Lindsey's. Got my order fast and they were very helpful and took their time with me when I called them. Zims is great too!

If you like having control it is the way to go…if you don’t want to know anything about engine management and you just want a plug and play solution that will work call John!
That being said –
The Tec3 kit includes the following –
Tec3r ECU
Coil Pack
Custom Laser cut trigger wheel for 951
Billet Trigger sensor mounting bracket
TPS adapter
Knock sensor adapter
Custom Wiring Harness (this takes about 6-8 hours to make!)
New Sensors – Trigger, TPS, MAP, MAT, Knock
Start up file
All the support you need (this is a big plus!)
Price - $3500.
There are many small options that can be added – shift light out put, A/C sensing, Fan switching, Water injection control….just about anything you can think of. These are included at the cost of parts and wiring (generally pretty cheap).

How reliable is this setup for the 951? Would you happen to know what's the most mileage someone has put on a 951 with this EMS? Is it ok for daily driven 951s?
Regarding the A/C sensing, would the TEC3 be able to bring the RPMs up to a preset figure when the A/C is on, like in newer cars?
Thanks.

Mike, nice write-up on your experiences with each vendor you have dealt with. Also two big for Chris White. He has helped me via email and on the phone with my TEC2 and it came with the car so I did not even buy the thing from him! BTW Chris car is running good thanks to your support, knowledge, and my Innovate wideband 02. If and when I am in the market for a new EMS I will be calling Chris.
Take care all!

The Tec3 was designed around the daily driven concept. It has many tuning features for temp dependant starting conditions, with tuning adjustments from -40c to 150c

Be sure to give an honest opinion of myself and my products - you should be getting your studs by the end of the week - they shipped Monday IIRC.

I most likely would have missed this thread completely.
On a side note, I noticed your signature picture changes every time the page refreshes. How'd you do that?!
