Default LR MAF Burner with Wideband Install Question

I'm trying to finish the installation of the MAF Burner with UEGO 2000 Wideband from Lindsey Racing. It seems there is no phone spt on weekends. I'm confused where some of the wires connect to. I did a search but found only 2 threads that did not help. Here's where i'm confused.

UEGO 2000 wideband
Driver box plug: 2 wires below. Where does it go? Where to connect to?
Green
Black

Display Head Plug
2 wires where to connect this?
Orange: Tach out
Yellow: Tach in

MAF Burner:
Violet
Black
Where do these 2 connect to?

Yellow: Where does this connect?
Black (Ground)

I have all the rest connected to the DME and KLR.

Has anyone have this setup that can help?

Not sure on the first set, can offer more help tomorrow, as I'm installing one in a friends car.

The violet and black are for a SWITCHED 2nd fuel/boost map if you choose to hook it up, most don't unless you have a car that also does track time and you want to go up on boost and race gas.

The yellow and black, they will go to the UEGO display and hook into the positive and negative of your readout, this is how the WB input gets back to the Mafterburner for readouts and logging purpose.
