I've been thinking about 951ESS. What I like is that most people won't get it, but those who matter will

Based upon the results of your engine compartment restoration, I think "****" would be more appropriate.

The last custom plate I had said TRAKTOY. For the two years I owned the car prior to getting that plate I was never once stopped by police. In the 3 weeks following adding that plate I was stopped 5 times, all for BS, no tickets.

Something about vanity plates on sports cars in New York state causes the police here to experience extreme ***** shrivel. Don't know why, but it's rather obvious given my personal statistics.

I doubt I'll ever own another vanity plate.

So far, mine have read (in chronological order):

1BAR 951
9 FIVE 1
TRBO GUY (current)

I personally think "IX V I" would be clever

haha, nice... I've always wanted "R3V0 VOM" on one of my sedans (that I run a front plate on), but it's always taken, of course.

Yup.... hence the reference to another backwards plate. MOVE OVER when seen from a rearview mirror.

If it is a Turbo S just put "NICE S" on your plate. That's what I have.

Hard to see:
