How can you tell if your car was equiped with a limited slip differential?

Jack the rear of the car up. Spin one wheel, if they go in the SAME direction (both forward is spinning that direction) then you HAVE a limited slip. If the spin opposite of each other, then you have an open end.

It doesn't look like I have a limited slip differential. I am concidering a Quaife differential.

Does anyone have one of these installed on their 951?

How does it perform?

if you remove the lower tranny "fill" plug can you see the bottom of the LSD?
