Default Okay, give me the brutal truth...Night pics added.

Been on the forum long enough to know you'll tell me....

I'm stickering up the dedicated track car and want opinions if this is over the top stupid or not. The vinyl is actually a glow in the dark film that looks really cool at night.

*Updated, finally got the night shot to work with the cheesy digital camera. Hood and Side shot in the garage. Didn't feel like pulling it out of the garage for a full side shot.

The same guy that got me 80 x 5' of the glow in the dark also got me 60 x 5' of the 3M clear bra so now I am covering the front and hood with clear bra to hopefully protect it.....man that stuff is a pain in the butt to put on as a 4' x 4' sheet!!

I like it, but you wouldn't catch me in a car like that on the street...

For a track car, I like it. The black wheels make a nice contrast and there will be no mistaking your car for another. I say go for it.

I like it!

I like when cars have identifying features on them at the track. Makes it easy to know who is around you. Certain people I know I can dice it out with, get close to, etc. without fear of them doing something stupid. Decals and graphics make it easy to identify those people. Hence, my yellow splitter, people know it's me.

edit: now...whether that makes them comfortable, or makes them want to give me extra room...that could be up for debate

Looks great for a track car. I think 1/2 of every red 944 ever made races with PCA! No freakin way to tell who is who in a big race group. Those graphics will catch attention!

Just don't get too carried away with the zebra thing, and go putting a set of zebra bumper-nutz on it

By the way, thanks to testarossa, you remember the graphics you photoshopped for me? That was the motivation. I'll have to see if I can get a night shot with the digital camera.

The hood and roof will be done tonight hopefully. I'm still trying to get the transmission back in before the first track event this month too.

And yes this is a dedicated track car it will never see the street. (No zebra nuts on the back)

Thanks for the replies folks.
