best headlights?
Hey there! Last night I helped my friend install a very nice headlight upgrade kit and it got me to thinking, what is the best headlight kit available for our cars? Has anyone tried those HID kits for the popups?

The best kit hands down is the one designed by a former member here known as Iceshark (Dan Wray). I have a set of his light cannons in my car and they are way better than anything I have seen. Unfortunately Dan passed away a while back and I don't know anyone who is carrying on with his work.

www.rennbay.com picked up the baton from Dan. Check the threads from the main 944 forum for the last month or so for reviews.

the lighting section has the wiring harness you need.
You'll then need to source some hellas from somewhere. There was a thread where Dan mentioned a place to get them (somewhere like "daniel stern lighting", but that sounds far too much like the guy from Home alone!) have a search on the main 944 forum for icesharks posts.

In terms of stock setup (popups), Iceshark's kit was the best. In terms of light output, short of putting a bunch of Hella rally lights on your hood, you wont beat my setup for total output. (or cost)
