The levels doesnt matter is just were you save the setting. I dont think i am not getting any leaks cus the pulls like there was no tomorrow with no lag whats so ever i am reaching 15 pounds by like 2,600 with hard accel. But when i get home i am going to check for any leaks.
no problem for helping out . well i think about it and it does make sense because your ratio's are going to move up since you can only run so much psi because of the restriction of the spring rate. I think i was just a little confused when you u said setting 1 and setting 2 because on my blitz controller you just set it to whatever psi you desire. Also when you are getting spiking what is your gain set too? when the gain is set to high i have experienced it will spike

Did you take a look at the diagram I linked? Look for other vacuum diagrams, there are many available via search, and they will all show the same thing. One thing to know is whether or not your boost controller solenoid is NO or NC, as that will make a difference. If you are plumbed the way you say you are plumbed I beleive that is your issue.
