I just ordered from Perf Products. I specified 2nd day(Blue Label). Of course they screwed it up. Shipped regular Ground. The idiots refunded me the $2.55 difference, I would have been willing to PAY an extra $10 if they could have just got it right!!!!

I bought some of those "lifetime" hood struts a couple of years ago and they started failing last year. I've emailed their "customer service" email addresses a few times with no response... they send me catalogs all the time, so you'd think they want my business.

Guess I'll have to do it the old-school way and call them on the phone one day...
