HP after mods?
Ok guys here is my list.
1.K27/6
2. Lindsey racing wastegate
3. 55lbs injectors
4. vitesse M.A.F package
5. Greddy EBC profec
6. Stock headers but no cat and performance muffler.
That should do it. I am going to go to dyno next week, hopefully.
What kind of RWHP and Torque do you think i should see.

Really ST, that much?? I was going to guess in the 300rwhp then with tuning might be able to get to the 310rwhp. So if the K27/6 is capable of 320rwhp, how much would the K27/8 gain him in HP?

Yeah - I got 330/340 RW with Vitesse controls pretty easily and 27/6.
The backpressure is very high at high revs with the larger compressor trying to stuff it through that TINY #6 turbine housing, but it works well on the street.

If your EBC and Lindsey WG work together well and hold consistant boost across the RPMs your HP and Torque will be approximately the same. And if your motor is in good shape this is my guess:
15 psi = 285
16 psi = 295
17 psi = 305
18 psi = 315
Personally I'd set it up to run about 18 psi in the midrange to get the torque and tapper it to 15-16 at redline to not overwork that small turbine housing, the backpressure really goes up over 5000 rpms. My runs this way and it's great for a daily driver.
Good luck, I want to see the numbers.

Burning Brakes
As a datapoint, I have exactly the same setup as JBrown, except I have a K27/8 and a Tial WG, and I dyno'd 285 rwhp (SAE corrected on a Dynojet) at 15-16 psi a few weeks ago. Low compression in one cylinder is robbing me of 20 hp or so I think.
