Welcome, congrats on your new buy. All of the lines i put a small hose and then cap i off. Go what dan said.

I bought an HKS evc 5 about a week ago so i'll be putting that in and will try to pull the cycling valve out. Also I went to emissions today and failed. I guess i'll get a new O2 sensor, spark plugs, wires, cap and rotor. I also have the cup chips installed. Will that make much of a difference.

Make sure all your vac lines are in order or no chance of running properly. Since your cycling valve is (apparently) out of the loop (like mine), this is the diagram you want to use:
