Default Dyno sheets from lightly modded 951

Last week I participated in a group dyno. The car has Weltmeister chips, shimmed wastegate (3mm), 3 bar FPR otherwise stock motor.

Any comments appreciated.

Those numbers look pretty impressive for so few mods! You've got a strong car there.

Good numbers, but there is more on the table with a little fuel tuning...

I found the same issue with my stock chips, stock boost but an MBC. Pig rich in the mid range and then leaning out up top. I am at 12:1 at midrange, up to 14:1 at redline.

If you add 15% for drive train losses, it is remarkably close to the advertised HP and Torque for the Weltmeister set up. Surprisingly so.

Good numbers?! Isn't it awfully lean in the mid range?

My first time on a dyno but isn't it Air/Fuel so the smaller the number the richer? In other words it's rich in the midrange (which I've read on Rennlist is normal for these chips).

Oops! My bad. Isn't it really lean at the top and bottom?

I am hoping to get some opinions on that subject. I am not too concerned over the top end since it levels out.

Dude turn down your boost before you blow it up. You are 17.5:1 at red line WAY TO LEAN. That is rediculous. What boost are you running? You should be at highest 12.5:1 at red line. That is not safe, remember a little rich is way better than lean.

Ok which line is A/F if I am wrong excuse me but it looks like you are 17:1 not sure though. If not sorry.

lou that's the typical welt fuel curve, if you could lean that out a bit in the midrange you'd make a lot more torque.

I think you are looking at the HP curve instead of A/F. I am curious about the numbers at the top of the second graph "Max Air Fuel 17.5" No part of the curve is that high.

Anybody know what that is all about?

Shaheed: Not sure how to do that without new chips or a piggyback. I would not lower fuel pressure because of the 12:1 at 6000.
