That is all there is to it. It is basically a resistor that reacts to temperature, no way to hook it up backwards.

Just make sure the leads have a sleave on them to keep them from shorting to each other or to ground. You can buy sleave or heat shrink tubing or just strip back a piece of solid wire and then slid the insulation over the leads.
