I use a trigger wheel mounted in the front pulley group, easy to install. – I was just noting that the S2 flywheel has 60-2 tooth set up! I may use that some day if I do an S2 or 968. Might even be able to use the factory sensor…

I understand now. You were refering to the 968/S2 solution. Would the time and expense to install the flywheel trigger offset the cost of purchasing a front pully solution? I guess the best scenario would be to use the stock sensor as you suggest. I know that on the RX7 we use the stock CAS which is really easy to get to on the front of the engine. Some systems may require some teeth to be ground off the CAS but most do not.

Solo, the problem is 968/S2 uses a 215mm clutch and flywheel setup. The 951 uses a 240mm setup. So unless you wanna try to get a custom heavy duty 215mm clutch, then do the labor to switch it all out, your're better off hanging a 60-2 on the front of the engine.
