Very nice, I'm tempted to do something like this to my 951. Do you know what the car weighed before and after the main steps of the conversion?

as long as you understand it takes a lot of elbow grease to get there
because from here

the first steps are easily done.. but then it becomes hard work!

unfortunately i didn't weight the car before the conversion
i guess around 1500kg with full fueltank.

right now it still weights 1340kg (with full fuel), what is quite much

i want to loose some more weight with a GRP fronthood, a lighter suspension, removing electric stuff from the doors, changing to lighter mirrors from the 951 cup, changing to GTS headlamps, smaller battery, makrolon windows...

Btw, in the pic of the brake upgrade installation it looks like if you installed the disc in the wrong rotating direction.

i installed them regarding the "L" and "R" stamps on the discs... so they should be right!

here you see the co-driver-side of the car and the "R" stamp on the disc:
