That is what I saw on my 88 Turbo S. The only other mods on the car at the time were...Gutted Cat, Weltmeister Chips/shim, Lindsey Boost Enhancer. That setup dynoed 268 rwhp, dynojet. I later sold the car to David Lindsey, he has done a bunch more to it since.

It impressed me enough that I installed a Stage 2 on my current 89 Turbo almost immediately after purchasing it.

From what I gather on these post is that both SFR and LR will make an improvement but more then likely nothing I would ever notice driving on the street. That it would make a difference if I was doing some raceing, which I am not. Would this be the answer to my question?

Also will I notice a difference with the new wastgate vs the old wastegate? I do have a full 3" exhaust and the LR Boostenhancer and the LR cone filter.

evil,
Where in the front are you planning on mounting it? Are you going to do any cutting? I would be interested to see the results so if you could, take some pictures and post it.

On another not. Has anyone tried using those heat dissapating coatings on their ICs? I thought it would be a good idea to have something like that done but I figured it would be wise to ask someone who knows for sure first. Your thoughts anyone?

My IC is not going on a street car. Its going on a track car, the front end is tube framed. I will have not have any back to back data. I'm changing 2 things at once that will yield more HP..
