Default Low Profile Turbo Temp Sensor Question

Does the Napa low-profile temp sensor (p/n FS158) have exactly the same threads as the OEM or do new threads in the socket need to be tapped? The description on the Napa web site says the threads are 1/4"x18 which I highly doubt are the same as the OEM piece, which is metric. I'm thinking the web site is wrong... (?)

Be sure to either re-use the crush washer from the OE temp sensor or buy better yet, buy a new brass one from Ace Hardware, it'll save you tearing it all apart to fix the leak...don't ask how I know.

Can anyone confirm what the part crosses to? NAPA just quoted me $59 - - for the part number above. They mentioned it being from an 85 nissan 300zx.

Is >> this << the same part?
