Daigo,
Broadfoot has the WORST custmer service ever. It's like throwing your money away. I waited 4 months for them to tell me I was better off getting my money back. And then waited another month for the refund. I have done a few posts on my horrible experience with them. Too bad for them, it seems they have really nice stuff. Just not worth the headache. Even Lindsey Racing can't get items from them to SELL; brake ducts, A/C delete, pulleys, etc.

I guess I should learn how to use this forum better. I bought two items from them on ebay, paid for them mid Dec and now I'm playing the waiting game. No one returns emails or calls. I don't want to dis them yet but I'm getting concerned so I thought I'd ask.

I don't like leaving bad feedback on someone's ebay account, especially when it's a business as it can hurt them financially. In this case it will affect their Paypal as well. I'm hoping they contact me.

I really want there little brake cooling adapters, but I don't know how to get them since you can't actually get them from broadfoot itself.

Total bummer. Sorry about your experience. I know they are in jacksonville and I thought maybe if I actually physically went to there store/shop. I haven't tried that. Best of luck.

A family friend just had his motor rebuilt by them and said it was awesome. He stated they were friendly, helpful, knowledgable and got the job done as requested.
