Do you know if the koni shocks they use are the "Sport Yellow" shocks?

i'm running those koni sport cup coilovers in the rear. Torsion bars required reindexing. I like them alot.

What spring rate are you using for the rear shock. I heard that with such a light spring rate ie: 85lbs., reindexing may not be required?

150 rear 400 front, mechanic had reservations about running too light of a rear spring so i went with his 150 reccomendation.

I think he is saying:

$300 each x 2 = $600 for the pair.

Yes, the Paragon Koni's are $895.

895-600 = $295 more for the koni's.

Awhile back I had the Paragon Koni sport cup rear coilovers on my 951, with the minimum 80# springs. Even with those adjusted as low as possible, the car raised up 1" from stock! Now I'm using 968 M030 rear Koni's w/ 200# rear springs (shorter than the 80# at least) and it sits at about stock ride height (maybe .5" higher). From my experience, it looks like ANY rear coilovers will require indexing the torsion bars for it to sit properly.

Will any of the 968 rear koni's work on a 951? I found a set of rear koni's for a 92-95 for a really good price if this would work.

sorry, but this statement wins the "No ****" award of the month. You CANNOT adjust ride height beyond that facilitated by the eccentrics without either reindexing or deleting T-bars. Period. Any reasonable effort at a search here, or just taking the time to read Paragon's site, makes that absolutely CLEAR!

Umm, yeah, I completely understand that. I was simply stating this for those that don't know. Of course the car can't be lowered from stock without the eccentrics and/or reindexing the torsion bars.

Any 944 or 968 rear shock will work on any year 944 or 968 from what I understand. The same cannot be said for the front struts though.
