What upgrade next?
I purchased a stock 951. Mods so far. Larger turbo, maf, 55# injectors, adj fuel pressure reg., venture delete, vitesse chip, no cat and a boost controller.
I haven't completely finished it yet but I am curiuos. I want to run 20 psi. I am thinking I will need a BOV and Dual Port WG. If I install these other two parts will that be all I need to run properly with a good tune?

You should follow the instructions / guidelines of your chip supplier. Anything over that is asking for a lean condition and a possible diaster. Whatever you do you must maintain a safe air / fuel ratio otherwise you'll have detonation which is real bad for us turbo guys.

tial wastegate and smt6 for tuning, 3" exhaust would be nice too
if you want to run 20psi make sure the a/f tuning is spot on or else you will regret it later for sure

If you are running your 20 YO stock WG, then a new one will make for a huge difference. If you have a 2pc crossover then order a tial WG with adapter plates (Tim at SFR has a good price on these packages). If you have the 1pc crossover, then check out the Lindsey DP.

Thanks for the input, but I think you missed the question.
"If I install these other two parts will that be all I need to run properly with a good tune?"

What turbo do you have? I think for it to run the best, not just properly, you should run the SMT6 which works great with Vitesse chips.
Depending on the turbo, the Tial and a new By-pass(not needed) will help you in being able to run 20 psi.

The car runs great now at 15lbs. My question: what is the next upgrade necessary? Or am I fine the way I am
For example: Is the fuel pump strong enough, will I be wasting time going to the dyno to tune because I can't get enough fuel.
I was thinking someone here had already "been there, done that." One trip to the dyno with the correct parts is all I want to afford.

You'll be fine with what you have. You won't run out of fuel.
If it runs good, take it to the dyno and fine tune it with your mafter burner for max hp and get a wideband to monitor it during your daily drives. Its a good piece of insurance..
