Default OT: Happy thanksgiving to the 951 and 952 board!

Happy T-giving! To our friends from other nations, Happy Thursday!

Though this is obviously off topic, I posted it here because I really don't care if most of the ******* on the OT board have a good day or not. I thought I'd keep it in the family.

Elliott

Thank's Guys and I hope the same for yourselves and your families!

I was surprised to hear this morning that my daughter and her husband would be visiting for Thanksgiving, so I've spent most of the day getting together a classic dinner to put on the table for tomorrow. I always cook the Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner so this is perfect. Hell, that's what it's all about, right!

ps, keep in mind those far frome home!

PS I got this great Recipe Ya gotta read it
Kevin you should try this one next time

Good Chicken Recipe

Here is a chicken recipe that also includes the use of popcorn as a

stuffing - imagine that! When I found this recipe, I thought it was

perfect for people like me, who just are not sure how to tell when

poultry is thoroughly cooked, but not dried out. Give this a try.

------------------------------------------------------

BAKED STUFFED CHICKEN

6-7 lb. baking chicken

1 cup melted butter

1 cup stuffing (Pepperidge Farm is good.)

1 cup uncooked popcorn (ORVILLE REDENBACHERS LOW FAT)

Salt/pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brush chicken well with melted butter,

salt, and pepper. Fill cavity with stuffing and popcorn.

Place in baking pan with the neck end toward the back of the oven.

Listen for the popping sounds.

When the chicken's *** blows the oven door open and the chicken flies

across the room, it is done.

And you thought I couldn't cook.
